Evening Concierge for market leading student accommodation facility.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an outstanding market leading student accommodation establishment that is rapidly growing.
The establishment has an excellent reputation for offering stylish accommodation putting their customers' needs at the forefront by offering the highest levels of customer service to their residents.
The Evening Concierge:
- Experienced in Concierge services
- IT literacy
- Experience of working within student accommodation would be beneficial
- Strong communication skills, a good listener who takes on instruction well
- You must be selfmotivated and able to focus on the task at hand
- Must be well presented with outgoing personality
- Polite and well spoken
- Ability to remain calm during difficult situations
Key Job Roles:
- Ensuring all necessary documents are present and correct for all Residents
- Manage the viewings diary
- Manage tenancy waiting lists
- Ensuring instalments are paid
- Keeping Residents up to date with developments concerning enquiries/complaints they have made
- To provide all Residents, Guests and Contractors with exceptional customer service and care; ensuring this is consistent with all.
- Ensuring all procedures and checklists are completed in a timely manner.
- Responding to or redirecting all Tenant Enquiries in a timely manner
- Manage enquiries undertake viewings with potential residents
