Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Assisting with members inquiries, signups, and renewals.
  • Handling cash and card transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the gym, including equipment, locker rooms, and common areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or operations role, preferred but not required.
  • Enthusiasm for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, night and weekends.
