Pay rate £11.92 per hour PAYE
This opening assignment is for 1-2 months The role is to deal with a backlog of work including the calculation of Annual Leave Entitlement for workers Key responsibilities:
- Support with the process
- Support with the completion of the CEST and business case
- Collate and file completed and approved business cases
- Collate and file completed CEST's
- To provide general assistance and guidance

- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures together with an understanding of the work of a Human Resource section, including recruitment procedures
- Proven administrative experience
- Proven experience of working to deadlines
- Recent proven experience of effective communication with a variety of people both on the telephone and face to face
- Good communication skills both oral and written the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of internal and external customers
- Ability to communicate tactfully and sympathetically
- The ability to organise, prioritise and maintain a heavy workload

If you are successful in securing this role, please note that for the entire duration of this contract, regardless of extension you will be working this role at the PAYE rate that has been advertised. For absolute clarity, we only work on a PAYE basis, rather than entertaining umbrella pay terms, we do not offer Ltd/umbrella or outside IR35 rates.
