We're a property developer who specialise in converting terraced houses into 4, 5 and 6-bedroom HMOs in BARROW; we're looking for a building contractor to work with on our current and upcoming projects in the area.


We have a number of properties in Barrow that are under construction, with more in the pipeline to start in the near future.

Our projects work on a 12-16 week timescale (following rip out) - here's an indication of the work involved:


Joinery - 1st Fix Stud, new architraves, new skirting throughout, fire doors, SMK locks & handles, kitchen fitting & repairs to flooring.


Plumbing - Installation of 3-4 bathrooms per property (1st and 2nd Fix), drainage, re-site boiler (or installing new boiler), Kitchen 1st and 2nd Fix, & moving mains (as and when kitchen is re-located).

Electrics - Full re-wire inc inter-linked smoke alarms, emergency lights, outside lights, CAT5 Data Points & New Consumer Unit.

Plastering - re-plastering of the house - some areas may not need a full re-plaster) - including plaster board where needed.


General Building - Bay extensions, removing walls, supporting bridged chimneys, installing RSJ to support walls, dig-out for drainage, Damp Proof Course & roof repairs/replacement.

Tiling - tiling of communal bathroom, tiling of en-suites & tiling of kitchen

Decorating - full decoration throughout.
