Redeployment Coordinator

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the redeployment process, ensuring fairness, consistency, and adherence to policies and procedures.

By providing ongoing coaching and employability support, you will empower employees to take their next career steps with confidence.

About the role (External):

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the redeployment register and collaborate with local HR teams and impacted employees to maintain accurate and up-to-date data.
Support a caseload of "redeployees" by providing coaching, CV and interview support, helping them prepare for new opportunities.
Assist the redeployment manager in communicating and engaging with stakeholders, enhancing their understanding of redeployment policies and responsibilities.
Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, delivering workshops to diverse customers.
Continuously seek opportunities for service improvement and actively contribute to the implementation of positive changes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in managing processes and working to key performance indicators.
Coaching and employability support skills, with the ability to guide employees through career transitions.
Excellent communication and engagement abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, ensuring accurate maintenance of data and records.
Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
