We are looking for passionate and dedicated Support Workers who want to help us make a difference to our service users lives.
You will undertake a wide range of key tasks which will include assisting residents with personal care, cooking, domestic duties, going out and having fun.
You will need great written and verbal communication skills, be willing to be flexible and attend our excellent training and development programme.
Desirable Criteria
- NVQ Level 2 / Diploma in Health & Social Care anyone who does not have NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care must be prepared to do the Care Certificate within their induction period.
- Experience of learning disability support/care work.
- It is also desirable to have a driving licence and be willing to drive.
