As a Band 5 RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality and compassionate care to individuals with mental health disorders.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff to create a holistic treatment approach for our patients.

Your primary duties will include conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering medication, and delivering therapeutic interventions.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the progress of patients, assessing their mental health needs, and providing appropriate support and guidance.

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in promoting recovery and independence among individuals with mental health conditions.


As this is a temporary position, you must be able to quickly adapt to new environments and establish rapport with patients and colleagues.

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be vital in fostering positive relationships and promoting a safe and supportive environment for our patients.


Working at the Airedale Centre for Mental Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility that offers a wide range of mental health services.

The center is located within the Airedale General Hospital, providing easy access to other healthcare professionals and resources, ensuring seamless coordination of care for our patients.

We understand the importance of work-life balance, and as such, we offer flexible shift patterns.

The current shift available for this temporary role begins at 19:30:00 and ends at 08:00:00, allowing you to have free time during the day to pursue personal interests or spend time with family and friends.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive payment rate of £291.50 per shift. Your payment will be made through
PAYE, ensuring your taxes and national insurance contributions are taken care of.
