Based at our Head Office in Riddings, Derbyshire.

We have a new position available to work the following rota system, 4 shifts on, 4 shifts off. Working 36/48hours a week. Shifts are between 0600/1000hrs to 1800hrs


Applicants must have a flexible approach to their working schedule, as weekends, sickness & holiday cover are always an opportunity to pick up overtime and increase your earnings.


This role will include the operation of the control room, rostering, security duties, liasing with clients, site working, the opening up and locking of business premises and responding to a range of alarms.


The role of an an Operations Controller is both challenging and unique, with the opportunity to advance within the company management structure in the years to come.


We are seeking a self motivated individual who can work using their own initiative as well as part of a dedicated team.

Full training will be provided for this role.
