To ensure that you and the team are correctly and smartly dressed and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Ensuring maximum security in all areas under your control and that staff are fully aware of the importance of security.

To ensure that company and statutory hygiene standards are maintained in all areas.

To be fully conversed with all statutory requirements outlined in the bar licencing regulations and take responsibility to ensure that they are upheld.

Cash handling and managing a float.

To ensure that regular stock takes are conducted and monitor wastage. To carry out any other reasonable duties requested within the overall function of the role. Actively consider prevention, recovery and investigation of any complaints. Promote marketing through social media. Supervising staff throughout their shift. Promote, assist and encourage other staff to further sales. Ensure all service standards are maintained throughout the FOH operation. Meeting and greeting customers and organising table service.

Salary:
From £25,500.00 per year

  • Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
