Lunchtime Supervisor

Overview:
**Duties**:

- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Supervise staff in food preparation, service, and customer interactions
- Maintain quality standards for food production and presentation
- Train and mentor team members on best practices
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and culinary techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Experience in bartending or hotel management is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
