We will rely on you to:

  • As a Health and Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of risk and healthcare clients.
  • You will be focused on ensuring the client feels supported at all times, providing advice and recommendations at renewal in line with the client's requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client to establish effective relationships.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure clients receive an excellent service throughout.

What you need to have:

  • Excellent communication skills, especially verbal/oral as this is a telephonebased role
  • Experience identifying business needs and aligning our products to provide strategic solutions for clients
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Selfdriven and motivated
  • A desire to provide exceptional customer service

What makes you stand out:

  • Previous experience with group risk or healthcare or employee benefits products
  • Proven experience in a related employee benefits consulting or administrative role with an employee benefit practice
  • IF7 / GR1 qualified with experience in Healthcare/Risk insurance
  • Previous account management/development experience
