Job description
Monitoring Laboratories provide chemical and microbiological analytical services.
Within this they provide a Helpdesk service that handles all incoming and outgoing queries between Monitoring Laboratories and the wider organisation.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to their customers/colleagues who rely on their service to deliver National monitoring programmes, pollution responses and projects to find environmental solutions.
The Team
You will be one of seven Customer Service Advisors supported by two Key Account Managers, responsible for ensuring that we understand the customers' needs and deliver a service that meets their requirements within agreed key performance indicators.
Experience/skills required
Evidence of an interest in science/environmental science is required.
Prior experience in customer services and/or analytical sciences would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
