The purpose of this role is to help ISS become the world's greatest service organisation by providing service performance facilitating our customers' purpose through people empowerment.

As Receptionist & AV Assistant provide a first class, proactive service to customers and visitors ensuring requirements are met and needs are always anticipated.

The role will provide a positive, professional and seamless link between the client's service end users and the Workplace Services teams and its vendors, proactively anticipating client and customer needs whilst building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

To ensure that all client and visitor request and enquiries are fulfilled and exceed expectations*:

  • To process all meeting room requests efficiently in line with the client meeting room and visitor management system*:

  • To ensure that all Jefferies and ISS procedures and standards are met, providing a five star meet and greet service at all times and proactively welcoming visitors and tenants*:

To work as part of the Front of House team maintaining five-star standards:


  • To assist in the training of other Client Services and Network Team Members:

To use the client site operating systems in accordance with guidelines:


  • To lead by example at all times and be a role model for the team*:

To maintain excellent working relationships with the other onsite contractors*:


  • To maintain excellent working relationships with the tenants and designated tenant contact points within the building
