The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing project and bid strategies, contributing to the growth of new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in bid meetings and formulate bid strategy
  • Conduct comprehensive and timely cost analysis
  • Analyze project proposals to generate budget and cost estimates
  • Collate, update, and assess historical cost data
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field
  • Experience in estimating projects within the rail or civil engineering industry
  • Strong understanding of NEC contracts
Package offered for this role:
