What you'll be doing

  • A PDM Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Banquets operations to deliver an excellent Guest experience while ensuring department targets are met.
  • Provide effective leadership to the F&B team to ensure targets are met and exceeded both for the hotel and individual development
  • Manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Great conversational skills and teamworkoriented
  • Positive outlook and outgoing personality
  • Previous banquet serving experience is a big plus
This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs.

Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required.

Prior to employment, we'll ask you to complete safety training and certification.
