The demand for circular and sustainable fashion is on the rise in recent years with more awareness around the damages of fast fashion, and we are looking to expand our team in line with this.

We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our growing team of e-commerce product listers, a multi-faceted role crucial for driving day-to-day sales within the business.


Product Lister Job Responsibilities:

  • Rapid sort through raw têxtile product.
  • Grading items according to criteria, determining what has resale value.
  • Keeping products separated, organized and in good rotation.
  • Monitoring product quality throughout the listing process and grading according to criteria.
  • Data input of product specifics accurately and rapidly into the Preworn listing system.
  • Bagging and labelling of product to ensure proper storage in the warehouse.
  • Performing to targets both in quality of listing and numbers of product listed
  • Utilizing continuous improvement mindset and assisting in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  • Following good workplace practices and required work safe practices.
  • Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
The role is a target-based role, with performance-based pay rewards available.

Full training and guidance in every area of the role is provided over a 12 week period.

You will be working in a modern building with excellent facilities within a short distance to local shops. You will be working within a friendly work team and be entitled to numerous benefits including staff discounts.

During the probation period of 12 weeks, we pay £9.50ph.

Following a successful probation period, you will go onto a pay banding structure where you will be earning up to £13 per hour.

Our higher pay-banding brackets are frequently met by our staff.


Ideally (but not a necessity) you will have a passion for sustainable fashion, have a good knowledge of clothing, preferably from a retail background and have good IT Skills.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently and independently.

Monday-Friday 6.00am pm (40 or 37.5 Hour Working Week Available)

(Hours Flexible between 6am and 4pm)
