E-commerce Product Lister

The demand for circular and sustainable fashion is on the rise in recent years with more awareness around the damages of fast fashion coming to light, and we are looking to expand our team in line with this.
We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our growing team of e-commerce product listers, which is a multi-faceted role and crucial for driving the day-to-day sales within our business.
Your role will be to rapid sort through raw têxtile product under the guidelines of our grading criteria to decide what has re-sale value.
You will be relocating the saleable items to a listing station where you will be giving each one another quick grade before styling, professionally photographing and adding the relevant product attributes including measurements for each item of clothing before they are listed on our website.
Full training and guidance in every area of the role is provided over a 12 week period. You will be working in a modern building with excellent facilities within a short distance to local shops. You will be working within a friendly work team and also be entitled to numerous benefits including staff discounts.During the probation period of 12 weeks, we pay at the £9.50 national living wage, regardless of age.
It is possible to pass through probation sooner than 12 weeks and go onto our higher paying banding system early.
Following a successful probation period, you will go onto a pay banding structure where you will be earning up to £13 per hour.
Our higher pay-banding brackets are frequently met by our staff.
Ideally (but not a necessity) you will have a passion for sustainable fashion, have a good knowledge of clothing, preferably from a retail background and have good IT Skills.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
Monday-Friday 6.00am pm (40 or 37.5 Hour Working Week Available)(Hours Flexible between 6am and 4pm)
