The Role
Our client is a highly drive and successful law firm based in South-East London with a long-established history. The firm is seeking a Company Commercial Solicitor to join the department for their Greenwich office. This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious, forward-thinking individual.
We are looking for a commercial property solicitor with a minimum of 8+ years PQE to join us in our new modern riverfront office in Greenwich.nWe are looking for an experienced solicitor to take on a full case load and to support the department in handling increased volumes of work which continue to be generated through various marketing and networking initiatives.

The candidate
must
be able to demonstrate that they have

an established network of relationships with key referrers to complement our existing extensive network.
The department generates a lot of commercial property work and uses state of the art IT equipment and a modern case management system to productively provide these services to its clients.
The candidate will be required to demonstrate competency in IT (such as the use of Microsoft Word, and Outlook) and the ability to learn and use our case management system.
nThe department consists of 4 commercial property lawyers and
you will work as part of a friendly and supportive team with a very experienced legal secretary and professional support lawyer who supports the fee-earning lawyers.
The candidate should also have:
n·excellent client service skillsn·an understanding of the range and type of clients and their needs is essentialn·the ability to develop and foster strong and effective relationships.
n·The ability to work collaboratively and as part of a wider teamn·possess strong communication and rapport building skills
The firm provides flexible working arrangements, currently requiring full time fee earning lawyers to attend the office two days per week and to work remotely the other three days.nThe candidates aim should, in addition to taking on the existing case load, be to build their own practice (we will want to hear their marketing ideas) and their own clients, be technically excellent, comply with our office procedures and bill 3x their salary after which they will get a bonus.
