Overview of the Role:

We are looking for a full-time Wellbeing Support Worker to assist individuals in the community who require mental health support. Your responsibilities will include offering guidance, emotional support, and promoting independent living skills. You will also help individuals access external resources and support services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing practical and emotional support
  • Promoting independent living skills and access to external resources
  • Responding empathetically to all situations
  • Supporting with access to employment and appointments
  • Offering an effective and responsive service
  • Liaising with external agencies and community support
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports


Required Experience:

We are seeking individuals with experience in supporting vulnerable adults across various settings. Excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and a valid UK driving license with access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
