We are Milton Lodge Rest Home, a small residential care home in Fleetwood in Lancashire and we provide accommodation and care for 21 elderly residents.

We are seeking to recruit a great new care worker; someone with the right values and attitude to work in our care home - could this be you?

We are looking for a night care worker to work 24 hours per week. The hours are

8 pm to 8 am; shifts will be allocated on a rota.


Our main priority for this job role is to find someone with the right attitude and behaviours to match our own You don't need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications to get started - we're happy to work with you to help you become an excellent care worker.

The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our residents are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such.

Duties will include supporting our residents with personal care needs, carrying out regular checks on residents throughout the night, serving snacks and to undertake light domestic duties.


As part of our recruitment process you will be required to provide 2 references and complete an enhanced DBS check.

The applicant is required to pay for the DBS check. Alternatively, you can provide a portable DBS.
