We are hiring an experienced manager in the learning disability sector for the role of Area Manager.

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our client's team, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals aged 18 and above with learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, and complex needs.

As the Area Manager, you will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for the Coventry, Nuneaton, and Rugby area. Your role will involve overseeing 5 service managers and collaborating with a registered manager. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in the development of a new service scheduled to open in September 2024.

The services include apartment models accommodating 15 residents each, along with various outreach services ranging from single occupancy to 5-bed shared properties.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create a positive environment for personal and team development
  • Review and enhance services continuously
  • Assess individuals' needs and tailor support packages accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Monitor service outcomes and address vacancies promptly
  • Lead the team in delivering person-centered services
  • Support colleagues and manage KPI data effectively
