Doncaster Physical Health and Neurodiversity Care Group is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, enthusiastic, and versatile Personal Assistant to join their Senior Leadership Support Team.

The successful applicant will provide a comprehensive and highly confidential personal assistant service to the Doncaster Care Group Senior Leadership Team.

The role will include the robust management of extremely busy and conflicting diaries with a requirement to monitor, respond and escalate e-mails appropriately. Experience in the ability to produce excellent written minutes is mandatory. A requirement to proactively respond to ESR and performance reports is required. You will be involved in supporting the delivery of high-quality identified projects and specified business functions.

You will need to be flexible and proactive, able to respond and adapt to the varying demands and circumstances of a busy Senior Leadership Team. Resilience is an important quality to succeed in this role, as is the ability to plan and organise workloads in response to the diverse and competing priorities of the Care Group. A key function of this role is to create and maintain effective working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally, therefore enhanced written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Main duties of the job

To ensure the provision of a comprehensive administrative / secretarial service to the Care Group Senior Management Triumvirate prioritising workload and forward planning as necessary Production of confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, minutes and agenda, may emanate from written drafts or be self-drafted, using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Create databases and spread sheets as required. Ensure copying and distribution of relevant documentation is undertaken in a timely manner To oversee the receipt and recording of incoming correspondence and emails, identifying urgent matters and bringing them to the attention of relevant managers. To draft responses to correspondence as required and action responses to routine mail - distributing information to managers and departments as appropriate Arrange, attend and minute both formal and informal meetings as requested by the Care Group Senior Management Triumvirate

There may, at times, be a need to travel between various locations, it would be an advantage if the applicant has access to transport and the ability to travel within the required geographical area.
