Premier Work Support have teamed up with a fast-growing company located in Northfleet, who are seeking to recruit a full-time Sales Support Administrator.
The company provides a dynamic work environment, competitive salary and benefits package, and a firm dedication to ongoing enhancement and quality.
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support and assistance to our clients daily, serving as their main point of contact.
Handle the email inbox, manage orders, generate quotations, resolve issues, and collaborate closely with the transportation and warehouse teams to ensure the customers' requirements are consistently met at the highest level.
Accurately and promptly responding to sales inquiries, ensuring personalized communication with clients, and following up on quotations.
Assist the designated account manager with administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on achieving their KPIs more effectively.
The work you contribute will play a key role in helping the sales department achieve their targets.
You will need to gather information on clients before meetings, summarize visit reports afterward, input notes, and establish action plans as necessary.
Coordinate with suppliers and procure products when needed.
Provide support to other team members in processing orders and handling incoming inquiries when they are short-staffed or overwhelmed.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service-oriented position.
- Demonstrated ability to process orders quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and effective organizational abilities.
- Capable of working under pressure, staying composed, and meeting deadlines.
This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
