The Learning & Development Administrator supports the L&D Manager in the coordination of and managing all administrative aspects of the execution of training programs, including bookings, scheduling, database management, materials/resources preparation, evaluation, and quality. What We Need from YüHere's a taste of what you'll be doing:
- Assist in the set-up of systems and processes to enable L&D initiatives to be effectively and fairly implemented.
- Collect data from course evaluations, to demonstrate ROI
- Manage administration of the LMS – by building of understanding of all LMS functional capabilities to provide the best learning solutions when gathering requirements for the creation, assignment, and testing of eLearning courses, workshops, quizzes, surveys, reports, and more in the LMS
- Maintain content on SharePoint Site
- Assist with the management of all facilities and office maintenance.
- Maintain consistent professional appearance of the office
- Arrange for any necessary repairs and timely maintenance.
- o Incl: staff facilities such as the kitchens, meeting rooms and reception areas
- Maintain office supplies and order processing.
- Reception duties – meet and greet.
- Communication: Post sort and distribution, calls to suppliers and supporting enquiries.
Essential· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with senior managers, external suppliers and other key stakeholders. · A minimum of two years' experience of working in a co-ordination or administrative role.· Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership, and working on own initiative.· Strong IT Skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint. · Provision of Management Information through generation and analysis of reports from a Learning management system and HR system · The desire to learn and grow in experience and expertise
Desirable· Experience of working in a training function or similar· Experience of leading on the promoting, planning, organising and administering of training sessions or meetings. · Creating, curating, administering, and publishing digital content on the learning management system.· Able to collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content and materials, regularly reviewing courses and updating them.· An understanding of learning styles and experience of identifying training needs for staff to support blended learning delivery.
