About the Role
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as a member of our administration support team. As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in delivering the development needs of our people.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizing Training Events: Coordinate and manage training events and workshops to ensure seamless execution.
- Database Management: Maintain and monitor the link between virtual training and online course materials, as well as optimize reporting from our databases.
- Liaising with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with Managers, trainers, and delegates to ensure excellent quality support.
- System Development: Collaborate with the L&D team to develop and maintain our database system (Midland HR iTrent).
- Communication: Provide regular updates to Senior Management and other stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Possess competent skill levels of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
