Operating self-storage facilities since 2002 with strong values and an ambitious growth program, this fast-growing business is now looking for a dedicated team member to supervise their well-established self-storage facility in Swindon at the weekend.

This is a really varied role; no two days will ever be the same. You will be in charge of your own domain and an important part of the wider company team.

You will be working alone on site for much of your time, so you'll need to be self-motivated and happy in your own company.


As well as specific responsibility for the Swindon location, you would be expected to field calls for our other depots and provide the high level of customer service that we have become well known for.


The Swindon location has developed into a very strong performing site, the role will involve working with the weekday Mission Controller to ensure that we deliver the same level of service seven days a week.


  • Be prepared to "go the extra mile" for your customers
  • Be computer literate and quick to learn new systems
  • Be happy to post updates on social media
  • Be confident in meeting and greeting customers
  • Be able to maintain customer records accurately
  • Keep the whole site clean and tidy including sweeping out the selfstorage units
  • Be trustworthy and able to take payments
  • Be prepared to occasionally work extra hours
  • Ensure all health and safety requirements are met.


You may have previous experience and a background in sales or customer service, but most important to your success will be your ability to communicate with people and quickly build rapport.

Whilst previous experience is preferred, it is by no means essential - as long as you can demonstrate professionalism and a warm, friendly and caring personality.

Sat/Sun 0900 to 1600hrs

Salary:
£25,500 (Pro Rata) + Bonus
