Part-time Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for a talented Customer Service professional to work with us on a part time basis between the hours of 10.00am and 2.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Dynamic Medical Logistics was established 23 years ago with a mission to positively affect the UK Healthcare sector.

What are we looking for?

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to manage a range of inquiries from hospitals, customers and drivers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Calling hospitals to confirm collection bookings.
  • Taking inbound queries from drivers requiring assistance to resolve on site issues.
  • Working with tracking software to monitor driver progress and prevent potential issues.
  • Promoting customer service best practice at all times.

Required:

  • Computer literate
  • Previous B2B Customer Service or Sales experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a face paced environment
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • A positive cando attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail

Working Hours: 10.00am - 2.00pm, Monday - Friday

£11.50 per hour
