The successful candidate will be Managing the daily functions within the Accident Repair Centre to include assessing damaged vehicles and dealing with insurance companies and customers, in a fast-paced professional Accident Repair Centre.
Key Task for the Bodyshop Manager will be:
- Assess and estimate damaged vehicles brought in for repair using Audatex.
- Effectively operate the Bodyshop management system "BMS Eclipse"
- Follow key processes to achieve specified quality and efficiency targets.
- Work with the department to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Help support the Accident Repair Centre Estimator (VDA) and cover as and when needed.
- Qc completed vehicles in the absence of the workshop controller
Key requirements for the successful ARC Manager:
- Previous experience of working in an Accident Repair Centre environment in a similar role is essential
- ATA or IMI Level 3 in vehicle damage assessment is advantageous but not essential
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Audatex Experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and still produce a high standard of work and customer satisfaction.
- Full UK driving license
