Based at Stevenage Ambulance Station


The role will require professional and effective communication with Integrated Care Board (ICB)/hospital staff/internal departments/external providers/patients, and relatives/carers, on a daily basis.


Checking accuracy of the transport booking, including mobilities, against resource and locality of clinics against inclusion lists, ascertaining whether the journey is within the contractual guidelines, identifying and organising ECR journeys.

Undertaking administrative duties within the team including data cleansing, checking, and passing ECR invoices for authorisation.

Monitoring and investigation of complex patient journeys

Liaising with internal and external departments.

Checking and authorisation of ECR Journey invoices

Maintain data cleansing on Cleric system

Checking correct mobilities against booked journeys

Contact with Patients and carers to confirm journey

Build and maintain good professional relationships with all stakeholders
