About the Company:

We are thrilled to offer you an exciting position with a renowned consultancy firm. They are currently seeking a proficient Packet Core Designer to enrich their team for a 4-month contract.


Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

Joining as a Subject Matter Expert for the specialized team, you will be tasked with creating design documentation and aiding the operations team in network management.


  • Prepare required design documents
  • Collaborate with the testing team and provide support during verification processes
  • Offer assistance to the operations team post implementation
  • Engage with vendors for ongoing projects
  • Handle network faults as required

Required Skills/Experience:
  • Thorough understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G NSA and 5G SA packet core systems
  • Proficiency in Ericsson's PS Core Products and Ericsson OSS tools
  • Expertise in Virtualised environments (OpenStack, VMWare) and Cloud-based computing
  • Comprehensive knowledge of PS core network functionality and technology
  • Familiarity with traffic monitoring systems like Wireshark, Empirix, INET, Netscout
  • Knowledge of Performance Management Systems, Radio, BSS, OSS, terminals, and services
