The Role:
An exciting opportunity has emerged to join the Data Quality Team as a Data Quality Executive at the UK's number one property portal.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, which means that we want to make things easy and right for them first time, every time.
As a member of Rightmove's Data Quality Team you will play an important role in ensuring property listings advertised on the website to millions are accurate, fair and never misleading.
Specifically, your role will focus on being the first point of contact for customers and consumers, triaging inbound queries, and referring them for assessment by the Data Quality Advisors when appropriate.
This role will include:
- Communicating well with the Data Quality Team Leader and Data Quality Manager if you believe objectives cannot be achieved, identifying early additional support that may be required.
- Triaging inbound queries, assessing their urgency and whether a breach of our Technical Guidelines has occurred, and where applicable prioritizing cases for immediate action by the Data Quality Advisors.
- Requesting additional information from complainants where sufficient evidence was not originally supplied.
- Raising queries to the Data Quality Advisors for investigation.
- Liaising with consumers, requesting identification, and removing properties from Rightmove where deemed appropriate.
- Building strong relationships with our Account Management Team, ensuring they are kept up to date of Data Quality issues relating to their customers.
- Being the first point of call for sometimes difficult conversations, seeking to resolve complaints in a prompt, professional and empathetic manner.
- Contributing as part of the wider Data Quality Team with ideas for process improvement to support an evolving team focused on a proactive Data Quality agenda.
We're looking for someone who:
- Takes responsibility for their own workload, and for that of the team. You should be able to work under your own initiative and be selfmotivating, determined to ensure the Data Quality inbox is always within our team targets.
- Is a great communicator. You'll be happy to speak up when you've seen an area for improvement, or to raise a priority case to the Data Quality Team Leader and Manager.
- Is proactive and shares honestly and early. If you notice that inbound enquiries are increasing, you'll bring it to the attention of the Data Quality Team Leader and arrange support to ensure we stay within our team targets.
- Has great knowledge of our Technical Guidelines, and will show correct judgement when determining which queries should be actioned by the Data Quality Advisors.
- Has great prioritization skills, is able to appreciate urgency and act accordingly.
- Has excellent relationship building skills, able to form relationships with customers and Rightmovers.
- Has good understanding of GDPR and ensures all forms of communication are compliant.
- Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Is proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
