This is a full-time position with some occasional Saturdays and late evenings.Skills & Attributes
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent telephone mannerisms
- Good IT skills and ability to adapt quickly to using Dental Software, excel
- Organised and methodical
- Quick learner
- Selfmotivated and confident
- Able to work alone on reception
- Booking appointments (over the phone and face to face with patients)
- Welcome patients and helping them feel at ease
- Cash handling taking payments and daily banking
