About the role:
- We have a vacancy for a Full Time Laboratory Service Centre Assistant in the Laboratory Service Centre based at 1 Mabledon Place, London.
- As the first point of contact for The Doctors Laboratory, the role will involve providing an efficient service to meet the needs of both external and internal clients including medical practices, doctors, nurses and patients. Duties will include managing all incoming calls to the company and dealing with enquiries, monitoring urgent pathology samples, giving out results, disseminating information and passing on complaints and queries as necessary.
