As part of the Corporate Secretariat within the Corporate Affairs Division, the Corporate Personal Assistant (PA) provides secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Directors, Board of Directors, and Council of Governors.


Provide administrative services to the Executive Directors, Board of Directors meetings, Sub-Committee meetings, Council of Governor meetings and supporting committees.


Pro-actively manage and arrange complex routine and ad-hoc appointments, meetings and activities for the Executive Team with staff and managers both internally and externally to the organisation.


Liaise with external organisations as necessary to ensure the Executive Team's diaries and preparation requirements are clear and any conflicts are managed.


Produce high quality documents, including letters, reports, presentations and other forms of written material to a high standard of layout and reproduction.

Arrange events, conferences, time-outs or displays on site or off-site, including accommodation, equipment, refreshments and distribution of written materials.
