The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing product information to customers, managing order processing, and assisting customers with product selection.

Essential Duties:

  • Answer phone calls from customers in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Provide pricing information to customers.
  • Process orders in a timely manner.

  • Communicate with customers in a friendly manner.
  • Process sales orders and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer relationships.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
