  • Preparation of bank reconciliations for all clients on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure cash accounts are reconciled on at least a monthly basis.
  • Review trade creditors listing on a monthly basis.
  • Review trade debtors listing on a monthly basis.
  • Report progress weekly to team leader to ensure the efficient and professional functioning of the department and growth of the organisation.
  • Complete and submit accurate VAT returns within deadlines.
  • Liaising with clients to a high standard, resolve any queries they or we may have quickly and correctly.
  • Work closely with colleagues in own team and other departments to ensure high customer service is offered.
  • Proactively market and support the growth of the company
  • Identify own training needs to aid development in role and complete training were requested
  • Participate fully in training development reviews and prepare for appraisals
  • Commit to being a positive team member and raise any concerns or areas for improvement with team manager or operations manager.
  • Progress personally and professionally to support the growth of the company.
  • Undertake administration and support duties where necessary

A P Robinson is a growing but well established firm of Chartered Accountants with offices in both Grimsby and Barton-upon-Humber.

The firm boasts an excellent reputation as well as a diverse range of clients both locally and nationally. The firm was originally set up by Andrew Robinson 30 years ago.

Andrew still manages the firm now along with two additional partners who both trained and qualified here, helping to grow the business to what it is today.
