Our client specializes in providing advanced healthcare facilities to leading healthcare organizations including the NHS. The company stands out for constructing innovative buildings using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) in a controlled factory setting, ultimately delivering them on site.

These cutting-edge structures are meticulously planned and crafted internally by their manufacturing associate, adding substantial value to their inventory and distributing them to their customer base through revenue-driven agreements.

Collaborating closely with their manufacturing affiliate, our client offers tailored financial solutions in partnership with top UK suppliers of modular buildings, healthcare, green technologies, and life sciences.

This position involves supporting both entities.


While primarily based in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, the ideal candidate may occasionally need to visit the headquarters and factory of their manufacturing partner in Cheltenham and Mitcheldean respectively.

Travel within the UK may be required for marketing initiatives such as participating in industry exhibitions.

Responsibilities
As a Graphic Designer, you will be accountable for:
- Creating sales and marketing materials like brochures, flyers, email templates, case studies, and presentations.
- Assisting the marketing team with digital and print design tasks.
- Introducing fresh design ideas and proposals for marketing strategies.
- Developing design elements for client proposals and quotations.
- Supporting senior management in future sales and marketing campaigns.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (healthcare/finance background is not mandatory).
- Preferably hold a degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Capability to conduct comprehensive branding audits and establish design guidelines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative thinking coupled with strong concept delivery.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in design work.
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Possess a full UK driving license.
Package
- Salary: £28,000 to £32,0000 PA based on experience, plus bonus package.
