About the Role

Pertemps TM is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create and project manage relevant campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging content for websites, blogs, and case studies that resonate with our target audience.
  • Manage and maintain the company's websites, including the implementation of changes and updates as needed.
  • Audit and optimize website content to maximize search engine optimization (SEO) and accessibility.
  • Experiment with various organic and paid channels, such as pay-per-click campaigns, publicity, and lead generation.
  • Oversee and approve marketing materials produced by the team.
  • Analyze and review market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  • Produce sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, email templates, case studies, and presentations.
  • Lead the marketing team in social media, website design, exhibitions, and other visual materials.
  • Develop and implement new ideas for design-related marketing initiatives.
  • Design activities associated with client sales proposals and quotations.
  • Assist senior management in future sales and marketing activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or finance sector.
  • Upper Second-Class degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing a marketing team and website management, including content management systems like WordPress.
  • Knowledge and experience with Google Ads and Search Engine Optimization.
  • Knowledge of web analytic tools like Google Analytics.
  • Ability to write and create engaging content.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in design-based applications like Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and deliver impressive concepts.
  • Quality assurance and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Full and clean UK driving license.
