Housing Support Administrator

BDS Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Support Administrator in Tadcaster.
This is a part time role of 21 hours per week worked Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am - 5pm though there can be some flexibility on days/times.
Rate of pay is 12.45 per hour paye.
The role will be a front facing post based at a sheltered housing complex for older adults.
You will support the housing manager with the running of the scheme and associated admin duties to include.
Health and safety checks of the building
Raising and logging repairs
Resident queries
Typing up reports
Previous experience working in housing or with vulnerable or older adults would be an advantage and you will have fantastic customer service skills with good all round demonstrable admin experience.
The role will initially be for 3 months via agency and become permanent thereafter subject to satisfactory performance.
An enhanced DBS check will be required.
