Join our Asset Management & Building Safety Team
as a Fire Administrator

The Fire Team are responsible for the management of Building Safety works relating to Fire Risk. One Housing includes leasehold, shared ownership, private rented, third party/managing agents and commercial tenures.

The role

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Fire Administrator at One Housing in London.


Location:
Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days at home

Salary:
£28,000, 35 hours per week

Your responsibilities will include:

  • To provide full administrative support to the Fire Team as required
  • Maintaining SharePoint areas to facilitate archiving and sharing of information relevant to the Fire Team
  • Responding to residents' queries regarding building safety works information
  • Managing and inputting data on various Internal and Third-Party Web Based Platforms
  • Liaise across One Housing internal teams and customers regarding building safety works information

  • Have already worked successfully in an administrative role
  • Able to work with mínimal supervision to complete tasks accurately every time
  • Excellent IT skills and experience with Microsoft Packages
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a wider team
  • Great focus and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a good level of professionalism in their work at all times
