- Maintain and update various databases.
- Create and manage departmental purchase orders.
- Prepare minutes for compliance meetings.
- Keep detailed records related to health and safety activities.
- Fulfill any reasonable requests from superiors.
- Handle additional administrative tasks.
Requirements for the role:
- Strong communication and administrative skills.
- Prior experience in administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
- DBS check preferred.
- Desired experience in GDPR.
About the position:
- Permanent, full-time role from Monday to Friday.
£22,000 annually with 23 days of annual leave (additional to statutory holidays).
