Providing a comprehensive range of high-quality acute care services, serving a population of about 400,000 people across Wirral, Ellesmere Port, Neston, North Wales, and the wider North West footprint.

Based in 4 locations Arrowe Park Hospital, Clatterbridge Hospital, and Wirral Women and Children's Hospital.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Provide comprehensive and confidential support to the Divisional Triumvirate & Senior Management Team to ensure the smooth running of their workload.
  • Effectively manage the diaries of the Divisional Triumvirate & Senior Management Team.
  • Work independently to organise the divisional calendar and ensure correct attendance at meetings/ events.
  • Ensure that appropriate support is provide to the Triumvirate for meetings and events to include:
  • Attending and participating in relevant meetings and events
  • Gathering and extracting information form a range of sources as necessary.
  • Organise and provide support to meetings/ committees through the taking of minutes in a timely and accurate manner; the preparation/ distribution of relevant documents as appropriate; transcribing and distributing minutes for divisional meetings; disseminating outcomes and follow up action points.
The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above

You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

  • An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
  • Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
  • A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You'll have the following skills/experience:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Packages e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
