As a Senior Associate, you will:nProvide lifetime and testamentary tax and estate planning advice.nOffer trust and structuring advice.nPrepare Wills and related testamentary documents.nCollaborate closely with our tax and trust team.
Your responsibilities will include advising on:nInheritance tax and capital gains tax issues.nTrust and company law.nProbate and mental capacity matters.nPre-immigration and emigration planning.nTrust creation and distribution strategies.nAdministration of complex multi-national estates.nTax-efficient asset structuring and testamentary planning.nEstate and tax planning related to divorce.nContentious trust and probate claims.nCharities and philanthropy.nFamily-owned businesses and family governance.
