We are seeking people with or without experience to care for and support people in their own homes in the Cambridge area.


The job involves visiting them on a daily basis and supporting them to get up in the morning, prepare food, take medication, help with personal care and generally look after themselves, their own wellbeing and their homes.

This can include support with shopping, household tasks and managing correspondence.


We offer fully paid training starting with a 3 day induction (face to face on site), then additional knowledge gained through e-learning and working alongside other staff for a week before you are expected to lone work.

Training also covers all basic knowledge required to deliver care and support safely and with confidence.

Applicants do need to meet certain criteria including a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring check where any criminal convictions will be highlighted and we will be unable to employ anyone with a serious conviction or those with recent or repeated minor convictions.

However this can be discussed confidentially either prior to interview or during an interview.

Driver with use of a car essential
