We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Self Employed Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations at our worksites.

Your role will involve supervising a team of employees, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining a productive work environment, you will be expected to travel between the south east and south west england and also greater London on a regular basis due, fuel card supplied.


Duties:

  • Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Monitor work progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate resources and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Train new employees on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily reports, timesheets, and incident reports
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest level of workmanship
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and professional development

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
