Over three decades ago, our founder, Adrian and his wife, Cordelia, initiated the journey of building a plumbing and heating company.

Our dedicated team of over 30 professionals continues to expand our business responsibly, prioritizing quality over quantity, and keeping our family values at the forefront.

- As a team member, you'll be passionate about customer service
- To be the main contact for customers seeking plumbing, drainage & heating emergencies
- To assist our customers with any specific enquiries they have whilst building a good rapport
- Capturing accurate data and logging the relevant information onto the industry's bespoke software
- General office administration: marketing, reports, blogs, invoicing, service reminders
- There is no cold calling involved at all. All customers you speak to are clients who wish to use our service.
- Your skills will be invaluable to the team; a strong focus on sales will help grow the business
Key Attributes
We aren't looking for a specific degree or previous experience, as we have a full coaching and business development program available.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build instant customer rapport
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Target driven and selfmotivated
- An ability to deal professionally, calmly and tactfully with customers and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Selfmotivated individuals who love to work as part of a team
- Desire to grow and develop with the business.
We're here for our customers when they need us the most, the hours you work can fall between Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday 9am - 2pm.
We have a flexible approach to shift patterns, and our hours of business change according to the time of year.
