The role:
We are looking for

Bartenders

to work in a high-volume environment. Applicants will be able to make

drinks

quickly and accurately, under time pressure and exceed the team's needs and expectations.

The Bartender must be energetic, fun, and always professional willing to approach and engage with guests throughout the duration of their visit taking time to listen and express interest.

To provide exceptional customer service, a great work attitude and professional service to ensure guest overall experience.


Welcome all guest with a smile, happy, friendly, and professional attitude introducing yourself and presenting the guests with all relevant menus and information.

To understand and have knowledge of all products to up sell and understand guests needs making suggestions where possible.
Ensure your knowledgeable with regards to all beverage products and any relevant changes on and throughout the day. This extends to allergy information, ingredients etc.

Prepare all beverages to the highest level of quality and ensure that drinks are poured to measure and according to recipe.

You must follow the opening and closing procedures accordingly.
Ensure your area is clean, safe, and well-maintained including communal workstations. Adhering to hygiene, health & safety, and best practice standards.
Stay calm under pressure, focused, and nurture an excellent team attitude.
You must be present, attentive, and responsive.

Requirements:
You must have at least 1 year of experience in an energetic fast-paced bartending position.
Good command of English.
Basic cocktail knowledge (mixology)
Computer literacy (Zonal) is an advantage.
A good team player, self-motivated, flexible, and excellent communication skills.
You must be fun, confident, lively, and energetic

willing to always improve, learn new skills and guest focused.

£ £15.00 per hour
