We are looking for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the food and beverage department, including the restaurant, bar, and room service.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage service is of the highest quality and that guests receive excellent service.
  • Manage inventory and ordering for the food and beverage department, ensuring adequate supplies and timely deliveries.
  • Train and develop food and beverage team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable of menu offerings and service standards.
  • Monitor and maintain food and beverage cost controls and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and industry trends.
  • Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Relevant qualifications in food and beverage management, hospitality, or a related field would be an advantage.

Salary:
£12.00 per hour
