Talent Acquisition Specialist

12 month FTC

Location: Bradford, Chatham or Petersfield

We are happy for you to be based in any of the above location but please note that occasional travel will be required to our other offices including London.

Working Pattern: Our working style is hybrid, but we recognise the importance of collaborative working with our colleagues often 1 to 3 days per week in one of our offices

You and Your Team:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for creating compelling recruitment campaigns, developing our employer brand, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

In your day-to-day role, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:

  • Collaborate with our hiring managers to understand the vacancy requirements to create an engaging recruitment campaign
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from role authorisation to first day
  • Build a robust talent pipeline
  • Be a primary contact for candidates, our suppliers and hiring managers
  • Put the candidate at the heart of every activity during the recruitment process
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings
  • Be consultative with our hiring team around what best practise looks like including interviewing
  • Partner with the wider Talent team and People function
  • Strive for service excellence and improvements

The interview process:

  • Up to 30minute telephone call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Up to 1 hour with the hiring team via MS Teams
  • Final interview with the wider Talent Acquisition Team

Our average process takes up to 4 weeks but we will always work around your availability. You will have the chance to speak to our recruitment team throughout the process.
