Role Overview:

Requirements:
- Minimum of an undergraduate degree, preferably in a technical, numeric, or business-related field.

- Strong writing, communication, and research skills.
- Experience with statistical analysis, MS Access/SQL, or Geographical Information Systems is a plus.
